^h čeština (cs)	==== B: Nastavení vůlí ventilů ==== Pokud motor nestartuje snadno a neběží uspokojivě a vůle je menší než 0,04 mm nebo větší než 0,10 mm, nastavte vůli ventilů takto: # Pomocí speciálního odsazeného klíče, který je dodáván s FS 400AR, opatrně povolte pojistnou matici na vahadle asi o 1/4 až 1/2 otáčky. Viz obr. 30. # Pomocí dodávaného šroubováku otočte stavěcí šroub přibližně o 1/2 otáčky proti směru hodinových ručiček, abyste zvětšili mezeru mezi ventilem a vahadlem. Viz obr. 31. # Vložte měrku 0,04 mm mezi ventil a vahadlo. Prsty otáčejte stavěcím šroubem ve směru hodinových ručiček, dokud se nezastaví. Viz obr. 32. # S měrkou 0,04 mm stále vloženou, utáhněte pojistnou matici, zatímco držíte stavěcí šroub šroubovákem. Viz obr. 33. # Vyjměte měrku 0,04 mm a znovu zkontrolujte vůli ventilů podle kroků A: 1 - 3. Pokud je vůle obou ventilů správně nastavena, upevněte zpět kryt ventilů.
^h Deutsch (de)	==== B: Einstellung der Ventilspiele ==== Wenn der Motor nicht leicht startet und nicht zufriedenstellend läuft und das Spiel kleiner als 0,04 mm oder größer als 0,10 mm ist, stellen Sie das Ventilspiel wie folgt ein: # Lösen Sie die Sicherungsmutter am Kipphebel um etwa 1/4 bis 1/2 Umdrehung vorsichtig mit dem speziellen Offset-Schlüssel, der mit dem FS 400AR geliefert wird. Siehe Abb. 30. # Drehen Sie die Stellschraube um etwa 1/2 Umdrehung gegen den Uhrzeigersinn mit dem mitgelieferten Schraubendreher, um den Abstand zwischen dem Ventil und Kipphebel zu vergrößern. Siehe Abb. 31. # Legen Sie die Lehre 0,04 mm zwischen den Ventil und Kipphebel. Drehen Sie die Stellschraube mit den Fingern im Uhrzeigersinn, bis sie stoppt. Siehe Abb. 32. # Bei weiterhin eingesetzter Lehre 0,04 mm ziehen Sie die Sicherungsmutter fest, während Sie die Stellschraube mit einem Schraubendreher halten. Siehe Abb. 33. # Entfernen Sie die Lehre 0,04 mm und überprüfen Sie erneut das Ventilspiel gemäß den Schritten A: 1 - 3. Wenn das Spiel beider Ventile richtig eingestellt ist, befestigen Sie die Ventilabdeckung wieder.
^h English (en)	==== B: Setting Valve Clearances ==== If your engine is not starting easily and running satisfactorily and the gap is found to be less than .04 mm, or greater than .10 mm, reset the valve clearance as follows: # Using the special offset wrench included with your FS 400, carefully loosen the locknut on the rocker arm about 1/4 to 1/2 turn. See Figure 30. # Using either the supplied screwdriver, turn the adjusting screw approximately 1/2 turn counter-clockwise to open gap with matched tool at screw head. See Figure 31. # Insert the 0.04 mm feeler gauge between the valve stem and the rocker arm. Using your fingers, turn the adjusting screw clockwise until it stops. See Figure 32. # While the 0.04 mm feeler gauge is still in place, use the screwdriver at screw head to hold adjusting screw in place, and tighten the locknut with special offset wrench. See Figure 33. # Remove the 0.04 mm feeler gauge and re-check valve clearance by completing Steps A: 1 - 3. If the valve clearance is correctly adjusted, check fit, and secure rocker cover in place.
