Be sure you can stop the engine by pulling the throttle stick and throttle trim all the way down or using the Throttle Cut function on your radio. Adjust the CG position by moving the flight pack or receiver - if you cannot reach the recommended position, do not hesitate to add an appropriate amount of lead to the nose or tail. Fully charge your flight pack and transmitter batteries, check the proper function of your radio and perform the range check of your radio according to its instruction manual.
