^h čeština (cs)	Pokud není zákonem stanoveno jinak, povinnost firmy KAVAN vyplatit náhradu, je (bez ohledu na uplatněné právní argumenty) omezena na pořizovací cenu na ty výrobky KAVAN, které právě a přímo byly účastny v události, která způsobila škodu. Toto neplatí v případě, že výrobce byl soudně zavázán k provedení neomezené náhrady škod na základě prokázané úmyslné nebo hrubé nedbalosti. Zaručujeme, že naše produkty jsou v souladu s aktuálně platnými zákonnými ustanoveními. Záruka se nevztahuje na poruchy a závady způsobené:
