Introduction

Keeping the firmware up to date is crucial to ensure the functions are working correctly.

You will need

Procedure

  1. Turn on the V20 in the bootloader mode by pressing and holding the multifunction knob and pressing the power button.
  2. Start the ETHOS Suite software.
  3. Connect the V20 to the computer via USB-C. Your V20 will get automatically detected and loaded in the ETHOS Suite.
  4. Open the Ethos menu in the left bar.
  5. Choose the preferred interface and audio languages you want to download.
  6. Press the download button next to the "WRITE OUTDATED COMPONENTS" drop-down menu.
  7. Wait for the update to finish.
  8. After the update finishes, press the "EJECT DRIVES" button.
  9. Disconnect the V20 from the computer and turn it off.
  10. Turn it on again and make sure everything works correctly.
