Stejně tak nemáme možnost ovlivnit způsob, jakým zabudujete, budete provozovat a udržovat části RC soupravy. Z tohoto důvodu KAVAN musí odmítnout všechnu zodpovědnost za ztrátu, poškození nebo finanční náklady, které budou způsobeny nesprávným použitím nebo provozováním námi dovážených produktů, nebo které jsou jakýmkoliv způsobem spojeny s takovou činností.
