43. Cut the covering film over the notches for the fin and horizontal stabilizer in the fuselage. Epoxy the fin and stabilizer in place. Remove any excessive epoxy with a paper towel wetted with rubbing alcohol immediately. Double-check the fin is square to the horizontal stabilizer.
