To enable propeller positioning, connect the Hall sensor to the IN-B port on the controller.

Note: Use a high quality CA or Epoxy glue to fix the magnet in the rotating part. You can also drill a small hollow in the spinner and fix the magnet in it.
Warning: Do not use higher PWM than necessary otherwise the motor may overheat. Generally use as low PWM as possible so that the motor holds its position reliably. Check the current consumption using the telemetry.
