  1. Increase the P gain to eliminate small RPM fluctuations during straight flight, e.g. while hovering. If you hear some unexpected noise in the motor/gearbox (which means fast oscillations), reduce the P gain by 20 %.
  2. Increase the I gain to hold the precise revolutions during manoeuvres. If the motor speed starts oscillating noticeably, reduce the I gain by 20%.
