Model assembly

  1. Attach the wing control linkage to the ball joints at the root of both two wing halves. (Fig. 1)
  2. Slide the wing halves onto the carbon tube wing joiner. (Fig. 2)
  3. Secure the wing halves with M2.5x6 mm hex screws. Do not tighten the screws completely, both two wing halves have to twist freely on the tube joiner. (Fig. 3)
  4. With your radio on, set the aileron servos to the neutral position. Adjust the length of the wing control linkage to the centre of the trailing edge of both wing halves to match the triangular mark on the fuselage. (Fig. 4)
  5. Slide the all-moving tailplane halves onto the carbon tube joiner. (Fig. 5)
  6. Secure the all-moving tailplane halves with M2.5×6mm hex screws. (Fig. 6)
  7. With your radio on, set the elevator servo to the neutral position; adjust the length of the elevator control linkage to the centre of the leading edge of both two all-moving tailplane halves to match the triangular mark on the fuselage. (Fig. 7+8)
  8. Open and remove the canopy. (Fig. 9)
  9. The flight pack is to be placed in the bay in the centre of the cockpit; use a hook-and-loop tie to fasten it. You can place your receiver (secured with a strip of hook-and-loop or double-sided foam tape) behind the flight pack; the ESC is to be secured by the same along the flight pack. Connect servos and your ESC to the receiver; deploy the antennas so their active parts are perpendicular to each other (if you are using a receiver featuring the diversity antennas). With your radio on, set the servos to the neutral position (sticks and trims centred) and fasten the setting screws of the pushrod connectors on the elevator and rudder servo arms. Perform the throttle range calibration of the ESC as described in the attachment of this manual. (Fig. 4+8)
  10. Attach the canopy.
