The valve clearance is preset by the manufacturer and does not require further adjustment by the user. In normal operation, it is advisable to check the valve clearance regularly - for example, if you regularly fly every weekend, you should check the adjustment approximately every 3-4 months. The procedure for adjusting the clearance is given in the appendix.

Einstellung des Ventilspiels bei Viertakt-Motoren

Das Ventilspiel ist vom Hersteller voreingestellt und benötigt keine weitere Einstellung vom Benutzer. Beim normalen Betrieb ist es ratsam, das Ventilspiel regelmäßig zu überprüfen - wenn Sie z.B. regelmäßig jedes Wochenende fliegen, sollten Sie die Einstellung etwa alle 3-4 Monate überprüfen. Die Vorgehensweise zum Einstellen des Spiels ist im Anhang beschrieben.
